Birmingham CRM Centre of Excellence

It was a great pleasure to be involved in the very first CRM User group in Birmingham, a city that is thriving with many CRM talents.  The Main issues to be addressed was the new Dynamics 365 Licencing Model as well as introducing our very own new crowned MVP Niel Parkhurst. Neil Parkhurst is renowned for addressing a much avoided subject matter, the Unified Service Desk. However his contributions have made it much more accessible for end users and consultants to be able to implement Unified Service Desk, and he has gone to address many more features of Dynamics 365 solutions such as Field Services. It was also a great pleasure to finally meet the Hosk, Ben Hosk has been a notorious Dynamics CRM Bloggers for many years. It is impossible that you could have been a dynamics crm consultant and never ready a blog of his, so it was a great pleasure to finally meet him in the flesh, and he is a very fun guy to be with. A big thanks to Imtiaz for taking the initiative and organising this, and look forward to contributing to future events for the Birmingham CRM Community.
