The Duplicates Report Generator Plugin will generate an excel file of all the duplicates in your crm system based on the current Duplicate Detection rules. The Plugin allows you to generate a seperate report for Leads, Contacts & Accounts. Requires the XRM Toolbox for the plugin to work

Copy the above plugin to the Plugins folder of the XRM Toolbox, as shown below;

Once you have placed the plugin into the Plugin folder, you are ready to run the XRM Toolbox;
You will now see the Option available to run the Duplicate Detection Report in XRM Toolbox
Click Load Entities, it will allow you to select from a list of Entities
Select the File Path
Once you have generated the Excel report , you can split according to the record owners so your users and admins can perform the Task of Merging the Records Themselves,
Or Alternatively we can use this report to help identify if we want to run the ‘Bulk Merge Duplicates’ Tool which reduces the need for Manual Merging my Users for hundreds or Thousands of Duplicates.
